Apple & Cinnamon High Protein Breakfast Smoothie (Serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 ½  tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops (40g) Vitalstrength Whey Protein – Vanilla Ice-cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4 ice cubes

Soak oats in almond milk for 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon cinnamon and serve.
